Terms of Service

GrandPixes operates www.grandpixes.com, a platform for custom printing and signage. We provide banners, stickers, signage, branding materials, promotional products and personalised print items. You can upload your own artwork or personalise a product using our online design tools, and we produce and deliver the finished item.

• You need an account to place an order. Your mobile number is your sign-in identity and must be verified with a one-time code.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, and for keeping your password and device secure.
• You must not share your account, or use someone else's account or mobile number without permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. By placing an order you give us permission to use that content solely to produce, check, reprint and deliver your order.

• You confirm that you own the rights to what you upload, or have permission to use it — including logos, photographs, fonts and trademarks.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, or that impersonates another person or business.
• We may refuse or cancel an order whose artwork appears to breach these rules or the law. Where we do, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.
• We are not able to verify ownership of every design, and responsibility for the rights in what you submit remains with you.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may include volume pricing that varies with quantity.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and begin production.
• We may decline an order, for example where a product is unavailable or the artwork is unsuitable for production.
• If a price or product description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.
• Payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card or banking details.

Custom printing depends on the artwork we receive. Please check your design carefully before confirming an order — once production begins, changes may not be possible.

• Low-resolution artwork may print less sharply than it appears on screen. Where we can detect this, we warn you before you order, but the final decision to proceed is yours.
• Printed colours can differ slightly from what a screen displays, because screens emit light and print reflects it. Minor variation is normal and is not a defect.
• Small differences in trimming, positioning and finishing are inherent to production and fall within normal tolerance.

We deliver across India. Dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed, and can be affected by production load, courier performance and circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please make sure that address is complete and correct — we cannot recover an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Custom and personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so they are generally not returnable once production has started.

• You may cancel an order at no cost before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will reprint or refund it.
• We cannot refund items solely because of a mistake in artwork you supplied and approved, such as a spelling error.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Do not interfere with the platform's operation, or use automated means to scrape or overload it.
• Do not resell or misrepresent our services as your own without a written agreement.

The GrandPixes name, logo, website design, product templates and design tools belong to us and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you. Your own artwork remains yours.

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and parts of the service may change or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The terms in force at the time you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
