GrandPixes operates www.grandpixes.com, an online platform for custom printing and signage. Customers design or upload artwork, place orders, and we produce and deliver the finished items. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to GrandPixes, and "you" refers to any person who uses the website.

We collect only what we need to create your account, produce your order and support you.

• Mobile number. This is your primary sign-in identity. We verify it with a one-time code sent by SMS.
• Name. Used to address you and to identify your orders.
• Email address (optional). Used for order notifications and account recovery. You may use the platform without providing one.
• Delivery addresses. Stored so you do not have to re-enter them, and shared with our delivery partners to ship your order.
• Order and payment records. What you ordered, the amount, and the status. Card and banking details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
• Designs and uploaded files. Any artwork, images or text you upload or create in our design tools, together with the design's layout, so your order can be produced accurately and reprinted if needed.
• Google account details, if you choose Google sign-in. We receive your name, email address and a Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password, and we request no access to any other Google service or data.
• Technical and security information. Sign-in events, verification attempts and similar records, used to keep accounts secure and to prevent abuse.

• Create and secure your account, and verify that a mobile number belongs to you.
• Produce, print, pack and deliver the items you order.
• Send transactional messages about verification, orders and delivery.
• Provide customer support and handle reprints, cancellations and refunds.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded designs to promote our business or show them to other customers without asking you first.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the platform, and only to the extent they need it:

• Hosting and database providers that store the platform's data.
• SMS and email providers that deliver verification codes and order notifications.
• Payment providers that process your payment.
• Delivery and logistics partners that carry your order to you.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. Order records, including the design associated with an order, are retained after fulfilment so that we can honour reprints, resolve disputes and satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Designs you save but never order are kept until you delete them or close your account.

• Verification codes are stored only as irreversible hashes, never as readable text, and expire after a short period.
• Uploaded artwork is stored in private storage and is not publicly accessible; access is granted through short-lived, individually issued links.
• Access to customer data by our staff is restricted by role and recorded.
• Traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted in transit.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them as the platform changes.

• Access and correct the personal details held in your account at any time from your profile page.
• Add, change or remove an optional email address.
• Request a copy of your personal information, or ask us to delete it.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential messages.

Some information must be retained even after a deletion request where the law requires it — for example, invoices and tax records. To make a request, write to privacy@grandpixes.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and holding a design you started before creating an account. Blocking these will prevent parts of the site from functioning.

The platform is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the platform develops or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be notified through the website or to your registered contact details.
