Custom QR code stickers for Indian businesses

A practical guide to using printed QR code stickers for UPI payments, digital menus, loyalty programs and contactless ordering — what to print, where to stick them, and how to make sure they actually scan.

Why printed QR stickers work for small businesses

A printed QR code is the cheapest piece of "tech" in your shop. One sticker on the counter turns into UPI payments without a card machine. One on a table replaces a paper menu. One on a delivery box brings customers straight back to your store.

Most useful use cases

  • UPI payment stickers linking to your GPay / PhonePe / Paytm handle.
  • Digital menu stickers for cafes, restaurants and cloud kitchens.
  • Review and Google Maps stickers for salons, clinics and retail.
  • WhatsApp catalog stickers for boutiques and home businesses.
  • Wi-Fi and contact stickers for hotels, cafes and coworking spaces.

Sizes and materials we recommend

  • Counter stickers (4–6 inch): vinyl with matte lamination — survives spills and wiping.
  • Table stickers (2–3 inch): gloss vinyl, rounded corners, scratch-resistant.
  • Outdoor stickers (shop window): weatherproof vinyl with UV-safe inks.

How to make sure the QR code scans every time

  1. Keep at least 4mm of quiet space (white border) around the code.
  2. Use dark code on light background — never the other way round.
  3. Test the printed proof with at least two phones before bulk ordering.
  4. Add a one-line instruction like "Scan to pay" or "Scan for menu".
